Home Cleaning Centers has not cleaned my home yet. I have them scheduled in a few weeks. They promptly contacted me via telephone after submitting my request. I did not contact the other company. Home Cleaning Centers seems very professional thus far.

After having had a terrible experience with Leave the Mess to the Best cleaning service, I contacted Home Cleaning Centers of America. Mr. Ken Leffel came to my home to do a walk-through prior to the cleaning and explained everything they would do and what they would not do in detail. He provided my husband and me with a written estimate and we scheduled a date for our first cleaning. The day of the cleaning, a crew of two showed up and got to work. They were at our home for 3+ hours - on hands and knees scrubbing baseboards, dusting and polishing window shades, cleaning light fixtures, batting cobwebs down and making sure that everything was truly clean. We were charged only $175 for their service - some $70 less than Leave the Mess to the Best - and received at least three times the level of service than the former company provided. The cleaning women were very nice and professional and it is abundantly clear that they have been well-trained and are experienced. It was so nice to come home and see that they did exactly what they claimed they would do - and for less money than we thought we were going to pay! I cannot say enough about our experience with this company. From beginning to end it was purely positive. We intend to use them monthly for our home cleaning. Leave the Mess to the Best's rebuttal to my CitySearch review of them claims that somehow I was scamming them -- go figure. Now what would be the purpose in paying them $240 to do that? Naw ... I just wanted them to clean my house. Unfortunately that didn't happen but it DID result in me finding a professional, reputable company that really DOES do what they claim they will do for you. Hurray for Home Cleaning Centers of America!!!! You rock!!!!
