HORRIBLE workers..
This Taco Bell was very disappointing. My parents were in town visiting me at school and we went to this Taco Bell for lunch. We were the only customers, and we had to stand and wait. Why? Because the waitress behind the counter taking orders was on the phone. Really? She actually gave us a rude look and hung up to take our order, and talked like she had wayyyy better things to be doing. Then I ordered a Blackjack taco to get one without the pepperjack cheese sauce. I went back to get the sauce and was told they were out of it. So.... you sell stuff you know you do not have? Really?! Who is the manager here?? You have work to do.

Budget-minded families and travelers make a run for America's leading taco chain..
In Short
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
