Hidden Gem. The Oriental Inn is a great local secret. I've been eating lunch there at least twice a month for the past 8 years. The decor and music are authentic, the staff is warm and friendly and the food is plentifull and good. The tables are nice and roomy, making it a great spot for the girls from the office to gather for a good gossip over lunch. It's really a good value, too. For lunch, a choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup is included with your meal, along with steaming hot tea. Your entree is served with an egg roll, fried or steamed rice , Chinese vegetables and a fried chicken wing. The lunch entrees are absolutely huge. I can usually only get through about half of mine.

My personal favorite selections are the chicken fried rice, Almond Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso's, and the beef and broccoli. My friend loves the garlic chicken, another swears by Sesame Chicken.

The service is reasonably quick, and we're normally able to get in and out in about half an hour.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Chinese cuisine is the specialty at the restaurant with authentic decor and reasonable prices.

Quality Chinese Food. It's nice to find a Chinese restaurant that serves fresh, tasty food that isn't all grease and fried dough. I usually get the Kung Pao chicken which is always hot and seasoned well. They also have pretty good hot and sour soup. Good value for lunch carryout but also nice, inviting decor if you want to eat in and relax. A great neighborhood restaurant.
