YUCK and It's SMELLY INSIDE!!. I can't stand a restaurant with smelly stale carpet. Wet and musty. It's just nasty. Red Lobster needs a major over haul!

Far away from NYC but good!. I like this location a lot, and the food is always always good.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.. In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

The Food was good, but the service is horrible at the Shadeland St. location. The service is lacking very much at this location. Red lobster is my favorite resturaunt (I love seafood, and I love how they prepare it) but I don't go to this location anymore b/c of the service, or lack thereof.

The food, the drinks, the desserts... it is all amazing. I've never had a dish I didn't like! I have however had to speak to a manager 3 times about the service.

One waitress was rude through the whole dinner so our party (of 4) only gave her a 6-7% tip on each of our bills because it was literally the worst service I've ever had. She came to the table right before we left to pick up her tips, and said nasty comments under her breathe! Then as we were getting up to leave she walked 1ft in front of my friend, forcing her to fall back into the booth! What did she expect, she was going to be rude all night, never refill our drinks, and not even ask if we wanted dessert (just threw the bill folders on the table and left) and we were supposed to give her a 20% tip? She didn't even bring out food out.. she was on a smoke break so she had another waitress give us our appetizers and entrees at the same time!
