Salon and Day Spa. I got an appointment the morning i called and that was the end of the good experience. Except for the massage therapist who was adequate in her skills, I have attended massage classes myself and due to health reasons must have massage as part of my therapy/ help to keep sane. I suffer from chronic pain and a couple of other disabilities.

the employee that performed my body scrub and wrap, rushed through putting any and all the product on my body. It felt so rushed I had a hard time relaxing. at one point it felt like she was pouring it on my skin instead of rubbing it on/into my skin. which is the whole reason for the product to be applied by a person. other wise you could just get sprayed down with it and be on your way. There needs to be a continuaton of education, an evaluation of skills of personnel....but ofcourse if they know they are being evaluated they are going to perform above and beyond. I left very disappointed and my treatments were not inexpensive to say the least. Ive gotten better treatments at schools than I received at Mystique. I did not voice my disappointment due to a recent problem at another salon becoming SO defensive, I was made to be the enemy and THEY the victim,but again this was a different salon, different, treatment.

I left a tip for both personnel and very disappointed especially for the amount of money I had just spent. Very disappointed.
