We had a girl's weekend in Indianapolis. We took the 5 & 9 yr old. It was great and even us adults had a good time. The group interactions were great. The haunted house was worth the $6.50. The only con would be at the haunted house. There was a recorded voice for the scary haunted house. It said "flight 666 is now boarding", I thought that was crossing the line. But besides, it was great
- Pros: Very fun, friendly and enticing.
- Cons: None!
Best in the country!

I am a 24 year old woman who has been to many children's museum in her life (having been a child not that long ago). This is the best! My grandparents live in Indy and took us there every time we came to visit them since I was 3. In fact, my husband and I recently visited without children and still had a great time! They do an excellent job of remembering the past while embracing the future. Some exhibits have never changed, while the technology and science areas keep expanding and improving. I have a picture of myself in the Indy Race Car at every age! It just keeps getting better, I can't wait to take my own children someday!
- Pros: Fair pricing, food court inside, unique local exhibits
- Cons: area of town

My son and I visited 2 weeks ago for his spring break. We found the museum overall to be great fun. However there were a few drawbacks. We had to park in a sketchy area and I think the security guard in a van was asleep. I was very uneasy about this, but made it to the musuem quickly and safely. Our favorite exhibits were Jane Goodall and the Japan gallery. We made it into dinosphere, it was fun for about five minutes then my son lost interest. Other than the parking and crowd it was a good experience.
- Pros: Clean, Educational, Carousel
- Cons: Parking/Parking Staff, High food prices, Crowded
