Good punk rock. Good punk rock bar. Friendly bar tenders. People were somewhat nice. The Mel is a small place but confrotable and kinda cozy.

Fun Time. Good music nice atmosphere. Ample parking. This is a great punk rock bar. Be careful not to go on Drumn 'n' Bass Tuesday's because everything chages from the music to the people, kind of makes it not so fun. It's one big unfriendly group of kids. Every other night is a wide variety of friendly faces.

saturday nights rule. Of course, I've only been to saturday nights there. Punk Rock Night is a guaranteed good time, a fixture of Indianapolis. Reasonable drinks, nice people, great music...get thee to the Mel!

Spectacular. if you haven't gone to the Mel, it is time for you to. This place has so much characther, cheap strong drinks, and the best bartenders in Indy!!! GO GO GO!!!!!!!!!!
