I would like to talk to the assessor who evaluated property in Center Township in comparison to Wayne Township. The Center Township home is valued $8,000 more. Please read the comparison. Center Township Home: over 100 years old, on street parking, tiny lot size shot gun house, 200 square feet less living space than the Wayne Township home, one bedroom. Wayne Township Home: 45 years newer, dirveway parking, Lot size 2 1/2 times larger, 200 square feet larger living space, two bedroom home. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE FOLKS!!!!!!!!!????????????
