undercook steak and poor service. We went there for our anniversary. We had ordered new york steak cooked medium well. It came back undercooked less than medium. The waiter asked if I want to send it back I said yes. My husband just said he didn't need to even though he ordered it medium. The watier took my steak back and left my husband steak there with the side dish of spinach and I had to watch him eat. Time he finished and my steak came. The spinach was then cold and had to have my husband watch me eat. I had them box my steak up and took it home. Didn't get much apologetic out of them for the mistake. I feel that they should have took both dinners back, corrected the order so we could eat at the same time.

Steaks only average. The atmosphere and service was superb, but the food, especially the steak, was nothing special considering the upscale price tag. If you want service and surroundings second to none, I recommend this restaurant. Just don't expect a meal equal to the cost.

marthapie. This is a true dining experience! The food is great, the service is superb, the ambience is awesome. I can't wait to go again. Pricey, but worth it!!!

spicy-pricey. Shulas was the best restaurant I have ever eaten at.The atmosphere was great.The stake was perfect. But every thing beside the stake is a la carte.The meal was very expensive.But it is the kind of place I am glad I went to once.

Best Beef. Out of all the steak houses in Indy. Shula's has the best beef. It outranks St. Elmo's, Ruth's Chris and Mortons by far. The filet melts in your mouth. The loaded spuds are a meal in iteself. Service is good and the atmosphere fun and casual while at the same time upscale.

topnotch. this was probably one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. the service is fast and prompt and curtious. the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. the food was cooked exactly the way i wanted. and the deserts out of this world. we had a group of 10 and we were taken care of perfectly. all of my customers were impressed. thank you. jay lurquin oak lawn, illinois.

true beef lover. I have been to Shula's several times and each time the it has been to enjoy a large portion of good, aged red meat. Their portions are large and the atmosphere is complimentary to the fare. It reminds me of the good steak houses of chicago. The sides are good, not great but good and they have a decent wine list which fits the red meat atmosphere.

Gold Star. Shula's was a fantastic fine dining experience with a superb and comfortable atomsphere, a gratifyingly and eye catching menu. Highly recommended to family and friends when taking a night out on the town for dinner or evening drinks.

Overrated. Gross displays of raw meat detract from this resturant. Decor was very nice and club-like.
