A must try at least once. Yes, Ruth's menu is expensive , my 16 oz ribeye was $32.95 and the bill came to $89, but we have never been treated so well at a restaurant! Not to mention the steaks were great and the dessert was heavenly! If you have an extra $100 treat you and your spouse at leats once!

Visit to Indy. My husband and I went to Ruth's Chris for our first anniversary last week. We didn't think the steaks were all that great. The side dishes were great - huge portions. For the cost - I don't think it was worth it.

JM. Absolutely incredible! I couldn't say enough great things about them. We were in a large group and everything arrived at the same time EXACTLY as we ordered it...No wondering who ordered what and perfectly cooked with unbelievable flavor. With the prices as they are, that is expected. However, the service we were given and care they took to make sure we had whatever we needed, went well above and beyond the call of duty. The manager even stopped by a couple times and chatted with us. (like I said... large group... I doubt they would interrupt a romantic dinner for two) We have one here in CA where I am from and the service can't even compare. I go to Indy every year and stop in every year. Thanks!

Wonderful Beginnings. The atmosphere hits you the moment you walk in and takes you back to a time when all "in" places were like this. It promotes easy conversation and romance.

The bar has the most extensive collections of imported beers, liquors and wines I've seen in a long time. The food is cooked and served New Orleans style and the portions are over plentiful. For the romantic couple it is best to share because the portions are that large. For a romantic dinner try the steak for two, it is the best way to go, sharing the atmosphere and the food together. The serving staff also makes the experience worht it. If you are taking your love one out on the town this is the perfect beginning to that night.

Ruth's Chris Disappointing. Perhaps the most overpriced/overrated restaurant in the high end dining experience. While some may enjoy their steaks floating in a sea of sizzling butter, I found the added grease took too much away from the steak itself. The side of fried potatoes were cooked to the point of being burned, yet somehow found a way to our table luke warm at best. Sadly, the salads provided the highlight of the meal. Given the cost of a dinner for two and the amount of food served, my wife and I felt we were given a Kia for the price of a Mercedes. Disappointing.

Perfect. This place is great! Some may say that it is too expensive but it's worth it. When I went to the bathroom wht did I find, but T.V.'s over the urinals. No expense was spared. Just GREAT!!!!

not good. Over priced food and every thing is entree's, the service was ok but the food was not as good as the price was high! Ruth Chris is highly overrated!
