Very pretty and calm feeling inside, the lighting makes you feel like you're far away from the mall. The food is fantastic and they have a lot of great daily specials

Bertolini's is an authentic Italian restaurant. The bartender is Italian & visting Italians (who come in for F1 etc) comment on how authentic the food is. As with any restaurant or bar, unless you specify the brand of liquor you prefer, they will use the house bottle which IS cheap alcohol. Bertolini's offers a variety of delicious spicy dishes (Penne Puttanesca is my favorite) and simple dishes like the Pomodoro or Spaghetti for those who have tamer tastes. As with any restaurant, it does get very busy during the holiday season, conventions, and Friday and Saturday nights. For a more romantic setting I recommend reserving a table during the week. Also consider asking the host for a private booth when making a reservation. Also, that cartoonish mural... its a painting of the Venice canal during the Carnivale (that's why the figures are all wearing masks.)

Parking:
Use the mall parking lot during the weekend hours. Up to 5 hours will cost you only a $1. During special events you can park in the parking lot for free by displaying a $20 receipt from the restaurant or any store in the mall.
Where to Sit:
The front of the dining room features open glass that looks out into the busy mall. If you enjoy people watching this is the place to sit, while those looking for romance can request a quiet and private back of the room table.
