Never again!

I ordered tables and chairs from Sam's, but was afraid they would not be delivered in time for the wedding so I turned to Best Rentals. I am thankful that Sam's has such fast delivery, because the junk I got from "Best" Rentals was terrible. I ordered 8 ivory tablecloths, 50 wedding white folding chairs and 4 - 36" tables. They delivered before the pre-arranged time; it was just luck that someone was home. They delivered 7 ivory tablecloths and 1 white; 50 filthy chairs complete with greasy handprints and 4 - 48" tables - the crappiest tables I've ever seen (I thought). They returned and exchanged the tables for 36" tables which were even worse than the 48". We couldn't use them, they were so bad. They wiped down the chairs, but we had to wash them. They exchanged the tablecloth. At no time did anyone mention a pick-up time to come get the items. This "service" cost an extra $60 PLUS they added a damage waiver. There was NO WAY anyone could damage the items more than they were already damaged. I can't say enough bad things about this company. I give it 1 star because the system won't let me give 0 stars.

Best Service In the Rental Business

We Have Used Best Rentals now for 2 years and could not imagine going anywhere else. We switched to Best Rentals After using Party Time Rentals for an birthday party and being treated horrible! Best Rentals Went the extra Mile to make sure we were taken care of! Recommending things we did not think of along with suggesting us not to rent things they did not think was needed.

Best Rentals is a one Stop shop and have the What I found to be the BEST prices in town!!!

Best is the Best in town

I used best rentals for my wedding in march 2009. It was a beautiful day and best was helpful every step of the way. I will recommend them to all my friends having an event.
