DECEPTIVE PRICING, LOW QUALITY, BAD SERVICE-WILL NOT GO BACK. Dont be deceived, this place is not the friendly business I thought it was going to be....IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEPLACE BESIDES A GREAT CLIPS, KEEP LOOKING, YOU DONT EVEN GET GREAT CLIPS QUALITY OR SERVICE HERE!!

---Today I took my 3 children there because it was close by and no wait. I spoke to the 2 ladies before I took the kids in, asking them if they could do a fade for my 2 boys, and to just trim the bangs of my 2 year old daughter, her first cut of any kind. They were nice and friendly and said no problem. First, the sign on the door says they accept credit/debits cards, which they do not. So after running a block away to an atm in 90 degree heat, I came back. One lady who trimmed my daughters bangs, cut them so uneven, it looked like it was done with her eyes closed. After pointing it out, she made it somewhat straight. It took a whole 3 minutes. My boys had both lack luster haircuts at BEST.

But the kicker was when it was time to pay, I asked how much I owed and they charged me $39 for 2 not very good haircuts and a bangs trim.....they have a sign up that CLEARLY lists a bang trim for $5....I should have just walked out, but clearly this business is not customer service driven and did not care about anything but a dollar......when I argued the issue, they laughed and said "Sorry".....and yelled at my son and said "YOU ONLY GET ONE SUCKER!!"" What is that????. I feel deceived and ripped off.....please dont make the same mistake I did. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

One of Indy's best kept secrets.. Open six days a week (closed Tuesdays) professional, seldom a wait, full service salon with a family atmosphere. Loved it
