Didn't want to work at all. I went there first to use the Groupon special i bought over the summer. For New Years Eve, I wanted to get my hair done, so I called them again. I tried to set up an appointment on Thursday for the afternoon of NYE, they said that they didn't know if someone would be available at those times. I left my phone number and tentatively scheduled for 10am. Everything is fine until then. Friday afternoon, I got a phone call. I was late with seconds to answer the call and I called back immediately. No one picked up. Then I received the stylist's voicemail that said that she called to confirm an appointment she sees at 3pm for Saturday (NYE). I called back again 3 times with no one answering the phone number. I left a voicemail on my 4th call saying that I received her voicemail and she can count the appointment confirmed and she should call me back if there was any problems. Saturday, at 12:30, I got a call from the stylist. She said that I didn't show up for my 10am appointment and there won't be anyone at the salon at 3pm and asked to reschedule for another day. I argued with her into getting me in sometime that day. She was overall rude and not helpful and didn't want to work. They've just lost a customer that could become a regular...
