HAKKY IS THE BEST

After paying for new shoes, and looking all over for a quality shoe repair place I was referred to hakky. These guys have really saved a few pairs of my shoes and boots. Not only that, but they sold my mother a great pair of orthapaedic shoes and insoles that have really done wonders for her back and legs! You are definately getting what you pay for. They are very personable and very experienced.

BEST PLACE TO GO!

I've been going to Hakky for awhile now, and besides the great service, I was treated very friendly. If I need them fixed promptly they do it! They have plenty of regulars that only go there and are love the owner too. While I was waiting for my shoes to be fixed, an old woman walked in with a decorated basket of fruit, just for the gentlemen because they had pleased her so much over the years! They have been in business for a long time I hear, and it certaintly shows in their work! I'm sure any defensive attitude the man below might have experienced, was just a response to his rude attitude. I have been going here for awhile now and I do not ever see that store empty or anyone leaving unhappy. They seem to keep plenty of clients and making more...I KNOW I'M ONE! : ) THANKS HAKKY!

GREAT SERVICE BY GENTLEMEN!

I went here because I was referred by a few people who knew the gentlemen from going in themselves. They are regulars there and only have nice things to say, so I went in for myself, with shoes I was told by other places could not be fixed.left with BRAND NEW SHOES! They were gentlemen and I will be going back. From my understanding they have plenty of regulars that think they're great. I'm sure any customer reviews below, only had a bad experience because of their own attitudes, being that these gentlemen have enough business and are making plenty more, they do not deal with rude ones. They have been in business for over 20 years and it really shows they know what they're doing!

Disgusting

This place is horrible. I brought two pair of leather riding boots in to have the calf stratched. When I picked them up, I took them home to try them. I should have tried them on in the store. They didn't even stretch them. I found the stuffing of the boot from when I purchased them still in the boot. I did however find a wooden show stretcher in the calf of one of the boots. The show stretchers is suppose to be for the actual shoe not the calf. If they didn't have the proper equipment to stretch the calves then they should have said they couldn't do it. I wasted $30. When I picked up the boots they guy ripped on the receipt of the ticket. I didn't think anything of it when I was there but now I get why he did it. I can't prove I paid for the service even though I have my bank statement. What a ripoff.
