Customer Service? Forget it!!!

My wife, son, daughter, mother-in-law and father-in-law all went to Dave's tonight after my daughter's basketball game. They arrived at around 8:15PM and didn't receive their food until 9:10PM. Are you telling me that it takes over an hour to prepare a couple of plates of burgers, a couple of plates of spaghetti and meatballs and a pizza?!? When my wife and mother-in-law complained to the waitress about the wait, you know what the waitress did? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! She didn't offer any apologies, nothing. And when my wife and mother-in-law bit into their meatballs, they tasted awful. Upon leaving, they told the lady at the cashier's desk about the taste of the meatballs and SHE gave them an attitude as well, saying "...there is no way that there could be anything wrong with our meatballs!".
It's a shame that a place with this wonderful of a decor (dedicated to many things from Indiana, as well as veterans) has such awful customer service. Dave, if you're reading this, you may want to pay more attention to what your customer's are saying, and less to what you're employees are.
