Great towing company. My car broke down yesterday and me and my 2 year old were stranded (and it was cold outside). I called Marilyn's because it was the only name that stuck in my head as a towing company from Brownsburg. The gentleman on the phone (Lowell) was very nice and polite about the situation. I was very upset and he kept a very calm voice (which helped calm me down). He took all my info and was ready to send a truck out right then. I had to wait until my mom showed up to pick my daughter and I up first so I had to call him back when she was closer. When I did call him back, he dispatched a truck right away. The man (Randy) that came and got my car was very nice. Very clean cut and polite. When he dropped my car off to my house, we were talking and he said he had been doing his job for 35 years. That says a lot about a company when an employee has been there that long. Plus, their price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know that needs a tow. Thank you Marilyn's!! The one reason I remembered their name was because I'd seen them all around town and their trucks are always clean and kept up. None of their equipment seemed like it was old or run down. I could tell by Randy's truck that he cared about his job and took care of his truck. To me, if a driver takes care of his equipment, he will also take care of his customers. :) I had a wonderful experience with them and will use them again if I ever need a tow!…
