Leaky roof covered promptly by Fentress.
One of the members of our HOA had his roof damaged because of a rainstorm. He experienced flooding in his porch room and had water running down the walls and wet spots appearing on the ceiling in
the next room.
During the overnight, Fentress said that they'd come out and place emergency tarps over the porch room.
Upon leaving our community at 6:45am this morning, I could see that the tarps were in place. I thank Fentress Builders for their prompt attention.

They Understood.
I had a fire a few months ago. I had 3 contractors come out to look. 1 of them was so rude I asked him to leave.
1 of them looked at me as if I was a dollar sign, only concerned with my insurance info and making sure my policy was up to date.
then there was Fentress Builders, Mike treated me with so much concern and compassion you would have thought we were family ( i am going to add him to my christmas card list ) they got the job done right... on time ... and under budget. they also dealt directly with my insurance agent. it sure made the 3 week vacation at the local hotel seem like a getaway.…
