After several long days of looking for a new car (and stopping at 2 other Ford dealers), we decided to drive over to Pearson Ford and give it one last shot. We walked in and were greeted immediately and introduced to Mark Preston. From that moment, Mark made it his mission to find us the car that we wanted and showed us the "whatever it takes" attitude to get the deal done. We will highly recommend Pearson Ford & Mark to any one looking to buy a new vehicle.

I knew which car I wanted and was only concerned with the deal that could be negotiated. I was able to get the car that I wanted, a Ford Fusion at a price I thought was reasonable.

My steering sensor went out on the vehicle. Dustin drove the car and realized I

needed help. He kept the car overnite and phoned the next day it was repaired.

I truly appreciate the honesty and help I receive from this company.

We had bought a F-150 last year from Don Thompson and returned to buy another vehicle. We originally went to look, but Don was so helpful, patient, and informative

that we finally were able to conclusively decide on the type of vehicle with the options wanted. Most importantly, we received a great price because Don thought of any and all rebates and incentives to help us. He generously gave us all the time needed, answering all questions and making the car buying process remarkably easy and FUN! In our search, we had been to most of the car dealerships in Indianapolis from far north to far south, far west to far east. Pearson is so superior in service, kindness, and professionalism, that other car dealers absolutely pale in comparison. The honesty and respect afforded to me as a woman was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Pearson Ford and E-Commerce Director Don Thompson.

The buying experience was painless. We were treated courteously and with respect. We were shown options, although there was gentle pushing towards a certain vehicle. Which was fine in this case as we did buy that vehicle and are very happy with it. I would caution that options be put in writing and not left to verbal rememberance as misunderstandings can occur.

We wanted to see if we could trade in my wifes Fiesta for a Focus. I didn't expect to have many options since we had only had the Fiesta for a year. We just found that it was a bit too small the longer we had it even though our original intent was to just use it for my wife to get to work.

Reggie (Salesman), Ben (General Manager), and others at the dealership worked to get us into a very, very nice Focus that was the exact color, body style, and equipment package, that we wanted. They did not try to over-sell us other things we did not need, and were very good to us.

As an example, I mentioned Ben Weir above. He is the General Manager of the dealership, and the reason I know his name is because he emailed me personally when we needed help finding the car we wanted, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. He could have easily passed it off, but did not, and that really makes a difference.

We love our Ford vehicles, but are always hesitant when it comes to dealerships, but for our first visit having just moved to Indy, they definitely won us over and we will be back soon when it is time to trade in our Explorer.
