What nice people!. Whether I go to the store during the week when the store is quiet, or on a weekend or before a Holiday, the service is always the same: personable, professional ~ first class. Today I shopped for a friend in the hospital. I had a specific gift in mind, and the staff couldn't have been nicer helping me find it, and even offering to wrap it to make it a cheerful surprise for my friend. They didn't have to go out of their way to help me like that. They could have just sold me the gift, and let me go on my way. This level of service and care is rare these days. I think they are simply THE BEST!

Charge for boxes. I did not have a positive experience when I learned that because the item I purchased was not on sale, I had to purchase a box. I was trying to do some last minute Christmas shopping for a teacher. Needless to say, I was not going to purchase a box. Obviously, they are willing to lose a future customer over their box policy.
