Good Company.
I have used them twice, and the end results has been good both times. They fixed my refrigerator, and although the problem was not easily diagnosed, they stuck with it, came out several times, and got it fixed at a fair price.
My oven door lock broke and they made a special trip out to make the oven useable in a very timely manner, they followed up a week later when the part came in and fixed the motor for the lock. They are a good company, Tony does a good job, and I will call them any time I have an issue with an appliance.

Trustworthy and reliable. Duncan Appliance is the place I go first for all kinds of repair questions and service. They will always be honest about repair vs. replacement. They do great repairs and work hard at customer satisfaction. I trust them implicitly!

Honest and good advice. I did not end up using Duncan Appliance Service. When I called and described my problem and the age of my dishwasher, The gentleman there advised me that I would be better off replacing it. Although this cost him business, he gave me recommendations of the most reliable models. I will use him when I do need service again. Pricing was right in line with others I called.
