Ritz Charles RUINED my wedding planning experience. Mid Sept my fiance and I had signed a contract and put 4,600 dollars down for deposit to book a date for sept of the following year. TWO months after booking we get a call from the Ritz Charles stating they had double booked our date/venue/time with another couple and that we would have to move dates/venues - because of their mistake. Mind you that this was after photographer and make up was booked for the wedding date. Also, not to mention this was the SECOND time the Ritz had told us an incorrect date and had made us move. Take my advice - do NOT book with the Ritz Charles. By the time we were told that the date was double booked it was mid November and mostly every location in Indy was booked on a Saturday night for 2012. So, because of their mistake we will be compromising major things on what was supposed to be the best day of our lives. Awesome experience!

Great place for a reception or banquet.. Our daughter had her wedding reception at the Ritz Charles. The banquet staff was wonderful! The event manager went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. The planning staff made it very easy to take care of the multitude of details that come with planning a wedding. The food was great. I can't say enough good things about this place.
