WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME..........but the food is pretty good.. First of all, the others reviews don't lie; the food is GREAT! If the service was even somewhat reasonable, I would go back frequently. The first (and last) time i went there, the hostess tried to seat us at a table just as the manager led another group of people to it. They sat the other group there and then we stood there for 10 minutes (seemed like an hour; I was holding a slightly grouchy 4 year old) as they cleaned off another table and reset it. Our waitress forget to give us menus, we had to borrow them from the group of people who were sitting at our original table. Then we waited for another 20 minutes before they took our order. We were seconds from walking out when the waitress finally walked up to us. My drink sat empty for at least half the time we were there. I've had better service at Steak n' Shake and pretty much every other restaurant i have ever been to. All that said, the food was excellent (when it finally arrived) so maybe consider take-out if they offer it.…

No wonder it closed. This location had terrible service... at one point I finally resorted to pouring my own water from a pitcher I found on the next table. We thought it might have been a fluke and returned because the food was excellent, but it was the same. The service might have something to do with the fact that this location is now closed.

The Indianapolis location is much better and reliable.…
