Great customer service from call in for appointment thru the installation. Aero Drapery goes the extra mile from the time you call in for your in-home appointment thru the decorator bringing samples and ideas to your home. The finishing touch is the installation that is done with Aero's own installer who has been in the business for 25 years. They stand behind their warranties even after the dates expire.

No Aero!. Upon moving to Indy with Lilly in 1999, I bought a new house. Aero was recommended so about 6 weeks before house was done, I met with their rep to order wood blinds & draperies. Items didn't arrive until 2 weeks after I moved into house (8 weeks total) & Aero wouldn't install any of the order until all items had arrived. I couldn't even get them to return my calls or provide temp paper blinds. Lazy careless service. Avoid them like the plague.
