Excellent, prompt service. I had my main line back up the day after Christmas, when that huge winter storm was on its way. Within hours, Justin made his best effort to reach my home, but the alley wasn't cleared, making access to the home impossible. He came the very next morning to assess the problem, and was polite and professional as he and a team member went about their work. No one likes dealing with plumbing problems, but it's not as bad when you are dealing with a nice plumber. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend William's Comfort Air/Metzler's Mr. Plumber. I have a significant leak in my crawl space due to a frozen pipe, and the technician was very helpful in explaining the problem and how to fix it. The price was very reasonable as well. I especially like the maintenance plans this company offers.

Winter inspection was done. Williams Comfort Air said they would call us if an earlier appointment became available. They did and showed up exactly when they said. Greg H. was very personable, did his work quickly, and thoroughly reviewed the process at the end. We like this company.

Had a complete heating & cooling system
install last Friday.
The installers were polite, professional, answered all questions, and solved all installation issues in my tight space.

If you can, request Steve B to be your technician. We had a very strange setup in the condo that we are renting and Steve was the most knowledgeable technician that came. Some guys had no idea what they were looking at, but Steve B went the extra mile and called the manager to get a second opinion. He came to fix the water heater, but also helped me with the garbage disposal when I mentioned it hadn't been working. He is 100% the beat plumber out there!!!

Steve was extremely professional and friendly. We had to have our sewer line cleared, and it was a bit complicated. Steve explained everything upfront and was very pleasant.

We had our furnace and A/C replaced, and it was all done in a day. The guys were prompt, friendly and helpful. They put a runner down to protect our floor as they moved equipment in and out, and wore shoe coverings too. Even asked about whether having the front door open for a bit would bother the pets. We have used Metzler's Mr. Plumber for years and have been happy with them, but this was our first experience with the HVAC side of the company. Very happy with the work done, the price, and the new units.

I suggest Williams Comfort Air to anyone! They are professional, helpful and well trained. Very happy with our experience and the timeliness of the work that was needed. Our AC went out and I think I lost 5 lbs just sweating, as I tried to decide what to do. I called , they were there by 8 AM the next morning and was up and working within an hour! The cost was certainly fair and the Joe was excellent! Thanks to the team at Williams!
