This guy is terrible

A Presidential was recommended to me by a friend who thought he knew Mr. Stern well. To my surprise, my wife and I and our two children nearly missed our flight for our vacation. The kids were so excited having never been in a limo! What a shame. I called twice that morning...no reply. I called and emailed when I got home...no reply. I finally got a hold of Pat today. He put me on hold for nine minutes and then hung up on me.DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I AM SHARING THIS WITH SOME OF HIS LOYAL CLIENTS WHO I AM SURE WILL CHANGE THERE MIND. YOU CAN'T DEPEND ON THIS PERSON. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Since my junior prom, and my best friend's senior prom, is coming up, I find it necessary to get everything perfect. After calling every limo service in the Greater Indianapolis phone book, I found that a presidential limo inc. was the cheapest and seemed like the nicest, saying that they would put balloons in the limo and take a limo to my house and let me ride in it to see what his limos include. I was so excited, I wanted to go to their website and look at their limos online. Unfortunately, no website ever came up about them. Instead, I found this website with reviews that are criticizing stating they never came to pick up the group and when called they ignored the calls unless they were from a different number, from about five people, a problem with the air conditioning not working and a bride passing out because of the heat, and also going to pick up a group of people with a broken window. I became concerned, worried that all of my and my friends money would go to waste, so I had my mom call for me and bring up these issues. When she called and said yeah my daughter called you yesterday about prom, he sounded like he was in a wonderful mood. However, when she brought up the other complaints, he actually had the nerve to hang up on her. No matter how nice you think he seems, do not choose his limo service. Save your money and your night.

Do Not Use this service.

Never showed for important pickup - would not return calls. Heard very bad stories about this service - rude drivers, especially to women - not safe at all.
