Ok location. I found this location to be dry. I found the manager to be some what distant with clients.

I actually met one of the owners and found her to be very charismatic and polite.

I found some of the staff a long with the manager negative behind closed doors.

Was there getting a service and found once the door was closed getting the dish on the location was anything but hard to do.

As for the spa itself I loved the set up but I wouldn't consider it to be high end I would say with the lack of experience in some of the staff along with the behind the door cadiness it hurts the overall experience.

Do not like the location at all not to mention it is diagonal from one of the oldest and successful spa's in Indy.

A big dissapointment. I was really looking forward to trying Absolu spa. I had never gotten a bikini wax before, and now am very scared to go again. I was expecting pain, but for her to try to talk to me while ripping the wax off seemed a tad unprofessional. Also... i never expected SO much hair to be left over. This spa is WAY too expensive for what a terrible job my woman did. I wouldn't reccoment it to anyone for waxing. I'm not sure about their other services, i'm sure they are much better with anything else.

The best esthetician in Indy. It's difficult to find a good waxer, in fact I'm still looking here in Phoenix for someone who can even come close to Mariam! I even went back to her went I visted Indy. If you're looking to get a bikini wax of any kind, request her, and you'll have a minimal amount of hair leftover, if any. She is fast but thorough, so you may want to use some no-scream cream if you're not used to getting waxed and take some form of aspirin half an hour before. Mariam also does facials and massages, though I've only gone to her for waxing.
