No confusion regarding companies here. Steve (the owner's name is Steve, I believe) answered the phone yesterday with an unbelievable attitude. A brief (rude) conversation with him was all it took to cause me to go elsewhere. I've used their service once before, on an interstate trip . I'd give that previous experience 2 stars. That I'd even called them again was predicated on price. Regardless, Steve's great (brief) imitation of a bad character acter was all it took for me to walk away forever. In this case, it was a $375 trip happily given to another (more civil) company. I hate writing crap reviews, but if it helps somebody else avoid a problem, so be it.
Big Event - Great job!!. Had a large event where we used 7 limos this past weekend, the limo's were there on time. Better yet, they were early. We had such accommodating and kind drivers, everyone loved them. They made the event very fun and I thought they did an absolutely fantastic job. We'll definitely be using you guys again because everything on your end went off without a hitch and I can't thank them enough for that.
worst limo experience ever.
as the title states, this was the worst limo experience i've ever had. the driver was rude to my wife when he arrived and was rude to me and my guests during the ride (we’re not teenagers, we’re 40 year old professionals.) the driver told me at the beginning i was responsible for everyone and they could not put their feet on the bar or their head out the sunroof (he did not tell everyone directly).
as soon as we got in, someone put their feet on the bar and i told them they couldn’t do that - problem averted.
a couple hours later, someone stuck their head out of the sunroof and before i could tell him he couldn't do that, the driver stopped in the road, got out of the car, locked the doors and stood on the sidewalk for ten minutes. i was at a complete loss and was shocked by his behavior - we couldn't even talk with him because the windows and doors were locked. when we got to the next destination, we ended the evening with the driver and took cabs the rest of the night. there were 12 people in the limo that evening and every person said that was by far the worst limo experience they've ever had.
i called the owner to explain the events, the fact that a 20% tip was automatically included, and that we ended the night early and had to take cabs the rest of the night. the owner said he would talk with the driver and call me the next day. it's since been a week and i've called three times to follow-up and have yet to receive a call from the owner.

Awesome Driver. My experience with Hoosier Connection Limo is one to be remembered. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and planned the night out before sending the company an itinerary. Made a couple changes before the big night and called Steve Snyder to verify that he had recieved my emails and put in the changes. I believe he may be the owner, but he was very helpful. That summarizes the beginning part of my experience. The wonderful part of this company was the service they provided. My driver, Jonathan, was about 20 minutes early which gave me time to get the paperwork out of the way and let him know that my girlfriend was upstairs getting ready and had no idea about what was going to happen that night (last night). He was awesome how he handled the proposal. He created a diversion for me and said he had to go help another limo that was overheating on the side of the road at monument circle. He put up the privacy visor and jumped out of the car acting like he was on the phone. My fiance looked at the lights on the circle while i pulled out the ring. Very professional company who strives for customer satisfaction. I guarantee we will be using them for the wedding.
Company Name Mix Up?. I think some of the comments below may have us confused

Rude Customer Service. Do not contact Hoosier Limousine. The man who answered the phone hung up on me stating they had nothing available without even allowing me to share the date of my event.

My reservation was with Carey Limo, but a driver greeted me at the bottom of the escalator going to the baggage claim area. I assumed that it was the Carey driver, but it was actually a driver from Hoosier Limo. I had talked to Hoosier limo about making a reservation, but decided not to use them because their price was much higher than Carey. They had my flight arrival information because I had originally contacted them through a website (Suvanna), but the website then called and told me that they could not honor the fare shown on the website.
Once I arrived home, I told the driver that I had supplied my credit card information when I made the reservation and he left. The next day I found a note on my home door to call the limo company to provide the credit card info. Only then did I find out that it was Hoosier Limo. I called and offered to pay what Carey would have charged, but the person on the phone became abusive and threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay the full amount that he demanded.
I'm sure that this was NOT an honest mistake and that I was "hustled".
There are a LOT of good limo services that do not have to resort to shady business practices such as this to stay in business and they will certainly get my business in the future.
I used this company last weekend for a night out. The driver (Danny) was 10 minutes early and very pleasant to work with, even as the evening got later and we got a little tipsy. The gentleman on the phone put my mind at ease when booking the limo as I had never rented one before and did not know what to expect. I definitely got my moneys worth that evening and will be calling them again when I need a limo.
