Good computer service. Charlie is extremely knowledgable and personable. He was able to efficiently remove malware and viruses from our computer. He arrived earlier than his scheduled time. He was able to explain what had happened to our computer in terms that were easy for us to understand. He cleaned and restored the software so that we didn't lose any data. He also showed how to install an backup program. We were very pleased with his service.

Great IT service!. Josh did a great job with our 4 PC's for our businesses. He was detailed, thorough and easy to work with. He asked us a lot of questions about our needs and how we use our PC's and came up with a plan to protect our data and our investment. We plan to continue to work with him and would highly recommend his services to other small business owners.

Great service, thank you!. Josh was easy to get in touch with-- he came to my house a few days after our call to see what the issues were with our home stereo and television systems, and came back a week later with everything we needed. He added technology so that we could go from four remote controls to one, easily listen to itunes on our stereo system, wired everything properly, etc. I am very satisfied with the service.

Great company, very helpful. I've used Josh and Charlie 3 times now. Whether to set up a home network, or to trouble shoot various issues, they are courteous, prompt, and professionals. Highly recommend without reservation.

Helpful and Courteous Computer Repair!.
Charlie is very knowledgeable and gave me several options for my computer (hard drive failure). After replaceing the bad drive, my documents, pictures, etc. were not initially able to be retrieved, but he knew other ways that he was able to get them restored. This of course saved me countless hours in trying to reinstall everything!
I highly recommend Need A Nerd!
