Thorough..... Josh has serviced my computers now for about 4 years. I have always been very pleased with his work. He is very thorough and always ensures customer satisfaction! He is forthright and fair. He is quick to diagnose and give options for resolving our issues. He works quickly and I am always thrilled with the results! Call him. You'll be glad you did!

Need A Nerd Review. I have used Need A Nerd for the past few years, whenever my computer needs repair or an update.

Josh gets the job done each visit in a timely manner.

I appreciate having someone I can trust coming to the house.

Today, he also reconnected a DVD player for my husband. We were pleased to have two jobs done in the same visit.

When someone is having a problem with their computer, I always recommend Josh at Need A Nerd.

Am thankful for a effecient computer tech. My computer was very slow and I had planned to have a referbished hard drive installed. Josh explained my options available to improve my service. He was curteous and effecient. He explained the costs before he proceeded with the repair. And he answered my questions. He was clean, neat, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

A tech who knows what he is doing...... What a refreshing hour to spend with a young man who is way too smart.......you just dont see enough of those types anymore. I would definately tell any one who needs computer work done to definately give him a call.

Great Service!. I am extremely low tech, but I learn quickly. Charlie was very patient and went over important points until I understood. He has a wonderful manner with older people who are not confident with their technical skills, and never makes you feel "stupid". Whenever I have a new problem, Charlie comes to the rescue. He carefully goes over the problem with me and then shows me how to fix it if it ever occurs again.

Charlie has an outstanding sense of humor, and he makes "fixing things" fun.

Great Service. Charlie has provided excellent service for my computer needs. He is always on time and quickly diagnosis the problems I generally have with connecting to the Internet and getting the printers to operate with my computer.

I have been especially grateful for his wealth of knowledge about how to deal with AT & T for my Internet connection needs. I appreciate his up-to-date information on the latest about computer security. Excellent service. I would recommend Need-a-Nerd to anyone with a home office.

computer sevice. Charlie (Nerd 2) Arrived on time and ready to get to the job at hand. He was knowledgable, polite, and did what was needed to clean up our computer. I am completely, totally, computer illiterate and he was patient and kind to answer all my stupid questions, explaining everything as he went. I was able to tell him what trouble I was experiencing, he was able to understand and fix it. I highly recomend them.

Pete Mickle. Need A Nerd Computer service was very friendly upon first calling them.they were ontime did a proffessional job.They were very helpful with my questions,and did not make me feel like I was a dummy for not knowing how to fix the problem myself.I would recommend them for any computer work.
