Service is fair at best, overpriced, their public anti-gay marriage stance was the last straw. I had a few small projects which I was told would easily be done in a morning. On the plus side the plumber was willing to stay all day and return two more times. The downside: he had to do this because it took him 4 tries to get it right and created a leak under my sink and turned off my dishwasher in the process. I appreciate them exercising their right to free speech by announcing they are against gay marriage. I'm not sure why a plumbing company needs to have a public stance on this, but it made it that much easier for me to decide to go elsewhere. Unimpressed.

Help with a rough in. I was finishing my basement and had roughed in all of the plumbing except for the final phase of "stubbing out" the supple pipes, to be connected up after drywall. No matter what I did I could not get those final fittings (including a shower valve) to not leak. I was out of ideas other then to call AttaBoy.

They came out within 2 hours of my call and was able to fix my "DIY" issue before the end of the day.

I was very happy with the the service and the fact that the plumber answered a few of my other questions while he was working on my issue. I will call only Attaboy for any other plumbing problems.

AttaBoy. The plumber was prompt, helpful and very nice to deal with. They would have come same day as I called but that did not work for me. They fixed my outdoor spigot and it works better than my wildest imagination!

Bath Tub Spout. Our first experience with having a plumber come into our home was with AttaBoy. The customer service they provided & quality of the fix was exceptional. We will definitely be calling them again for all our plumbing needs!

Quick and Effecient Services. I had a flooded basement caused by a clog in the main line to the Sewer. AttaBoy was able to send someone right away to fix the problem. I was recommended to them from a friend and I will definitely recommend them to mine.

Garbage Disposal Grinding Noise. Our garbage disposal was making a horrible grinding noise. I have used Attaboy in the past and always had good service, so I called them again. They came out on time and got us taken care of the same day. I am a Buddys Club member which gets me a discount and priority service. I would not use any other plumber.

Water Line Break. We unfortunately discovered we had leak in our main water line in our front yard. I was referred to Attaboy by a friend and called them to check it out. It turned out to be the worst case scenario and we had to have a big hole dug in our front yard to fix the broken pipe. It was inconvienent and messy, but the plumber, Jim, discussed everything with us before and during the work and made it bearable. I felt like I could trust him. I certainly hated pouring money down a “hole” literally, but thankfully my insurance company paid part of it. I would use Attaboy again.

Rotten Egg Smell. I called AttaBoy because our house had a strange odor that smelled like rotten eggs and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The plumber checked a number of things and determined that our toilet wasn’t sitting properly, so he took it off and found that the ring was broken. He was able to fix it right then. No more rotten egg smell! I highly recommend AttaBoy!

Drain Clog. I am a "fan" of Attaboy on facebook and they posted on their wall a description of different drain clogs. Sure enough a couple days later, I experienced a "mama" clog and of course Attaboy came to mind, so I called them right away. My plumber was able to take care of the clog right away and I was thankful we didn't have a "papa" clog. I got the 10% discount for being a facebook fan, which I gladly accepted. I give Attaboy a big thumbs up.

EXCELLENT Plumbing Service. I called AttaBoy because I had a leak somewhere in my house. I could hear the water running, but didn't know where it was coming from. The plumber called me when he was on the way and arrived on time!! He quickly detected what the problem was, explained everything to me and let me know how much it was going to cost me before he did anything. He wore shoe covers and treated my house very respectfully (I hate when a service man tracks mud in!) and completely cleaned up after himself. It was great experience. I have told all my friends in Fishers that whenever they have a plumbing problem, to call AttaBoy!
