Wouldn't recommend. I agree with the first review that the staff is lazy. I recently sent an online request to schedule an appt because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and never got a response. Very poor customer service!

Terrible Customer service. When this salon originally opened, it was called City Style and customer service along with great haircuts is what kept me coming back. Since being sold to Salon 01 the customer service has gone out the window. The people that run this place are unorganized and frankly lazy. They have an annoying machine call and leave a message confirming your appointment. Are they so busy that they can't call me in person. My doctor has time and I'm sure he is busier and definitely more important than them. They can't even keep the days of the week straight when they confirm your appointment. I only continue to go because the previous owner still works there as a stylist but I would not recommend this salon to new clients unless you ask for Steven.
