C'est Chas. is the name you'll fing on the establishment. Being sort of small, the atmosphere is cozy but rarely congested. The music is a blend of old school R&B with some contemporary hip-Hop in the mix. This bring n a mature crowd, laid back but ready to party. Service at the bar is prompt but waitresses few and/or slow.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere, Food fairly good
Cons: Smallish
