repeat customer. Over the last 3 yr.s i've had my hair cut/styled (whatever it's called) by several such places. However, i always end up coming back to this west side Sam's. The atmosphere is always freindly, the employees helpful & skilled. While i have had mediocre cuts elswhere in this time period, i have never had a bad cut or a bad experience at this particular Sam's. I do understand noboy's perfect, but my experiences have all been a plus. Upon finishing this note, I'm going right over there to get another cut today.

Hair disaster. I walked in with long, silky, beautiful tresses. I walked out with a ratty, fried, over-cooked disaster. I sent a complaint via the website. The owner, Wendy Tooley ( I may have mispelled the name) returned my call. She was quite rude to me and accussed me of lying due to some interpersonal drama they seem to be going through at this location. She did finally offer to refund half of the cost and almost immediately hung up on me. I can't believe that they would treat a customer in such a rude fashion. I would not recommend this salon. Customer service counts especially in this failing economy - I'd rather give my hard earned money to someone who provides quality service and stands behind their work. Buyer beware.
