Oddball architecture--curving surfaces and colorful light fixtures--and thick-as-a-book menus distinguish this restaurant from other eateries. The encyclopedic menu spans the globe with enormous American interpretations of dishes like pad thai, shrimp tacos, miso salmon, pasta Milanese and a slate of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts too extensive to list. The namesake cheesecakes, ranging from original to peanut-butter-cup-fudge ripple, are over the top in both concept and decadence.

Got seated right away on a Friday night by arriving at 5:30 p.m. Service is excellent. Refills arrived promptly. Something for everyone on the menu.
Pros: great service, large menu, something for everyone
Cons: may have to wait for a long time during busy meal times. no reservations

On a saturday afternoon, expect to wait 45minutes for a table (or longer)!!! The wait would be much more enjoyable if the seating alert system worked throughout the mall. Then everyone wouldn't have to crowd in the already tiny waiting area!!! This was my second visit and each time the food has been WONDERFUL (Suggestions: Parmesan and Romano Crusting Chicken, and the St. Louis Pasta Dish)!!! The desert is also wonderful!!! The service is average. If it weren't for the great food we would probably not go there, but the food is that good!!!
