Tremendous Restaurant!. I've been to R Bistro on at least a half-dozen times. Each visit has been great and enjoyable. This restaurant is small and (in my opinion) better suited for groups no larger than four people. Regina changes the menu weekly. The menu is relatively small, but covers all the bases and is highly imaginative. You may wish to check out their website to verify they'll be an entree that interests you. Execution by Regina and her staff is performed at a high level with very good presentation. Regina mixes in local ingredients and traditions with a European approach that is truly unique and satisfying. Portions are appropriate and the staff has always been helpful. I've seen the same servers there at nearly every visit and they have always appeared very knowledgable of the menu and helpful with suggestions. Due to the small size of the restaurant, reservations are highly recommended.

"RUDE" Bistro. We recently celebrated our friend's 30th birthday there, and while the food was excellent, our waitress was the worse any of our party (of 8) had ever encountered. She was rude, pushy and condescending, at one point (when telling us why she couldn't do separate checks) saying, "one day you will understand". Chef Regina - we loved your food and concept - but you might want to think about hiring friendlier, more accommodating staff.
