Sugar 'N Spice Bridal SCAM ARTISTS!!!.
They talked a good talk at the beginning of my wedding process in January 2006. I got married in November 2006. I took my dress back to be cleaned and boxed. They told me it would take 4-6 months. I went back to collect my gown, veil, slip and my mother's dress and they closed shop and never to be found as of June 2008.
They ruined Melissa (the seamstresses) business because she was connected to them for business. They took money from people up until the day they closed shop! I've been on the lookout for them ever since. If anyone knows anything please reply.
Do NOT trust them! The grandmother's name was DONNA, the daughter was DIANA Atkins/Adkins (something like that) and her two daughters EMILY Mitchell and JENNIFER.

Never trust this shop!. Diana, the owner of this bridal shop, ruined my daughter's wedding! We ordered the bridesmaid dresses & she kept telling us they were delayed, on backorder, lost, etc... She always had a new lie to give us when we checked on the status. We finally found the truth of the whole story which was that she did not have the cash to pay for the dresses when they were delivered by the manufactuer and because of her poor credit they would only work with her on cash on delivery. She was given a deposit by the bridesmaid's when they ordered the dresses which she would use to pay for another order. This vicious circle would continue & it finally caught up with her & she would not tell us the truth. Two weeks before the wedding we were trying to track down the dresses & she would only say we needed to look elsewhere because she did not think they would be in on time and there was nothing she could do for us. . Finally I found someone at the manuf. that was tired of complaints with her poor customer service & she told me the truth. I was also able to confirm through UPS that non payment was why the dresses were not delivered. If she would have been honest with us we could have worked out something and had the dresses for the wedding. Now for the dreams come true ending of this story - the manuf. delivered the dresses directly to our home one week before the wedding & after many trips & additional lies from tSugar n Spice the girls finally got their deposits back. Please do not allow her to put another bride through this nightmare.

worst service i've ever had in my entire life!. This is the worst service I have ever had from any type of business ever. Not only did my dresses arrive two and a half weeks late, but they charged me for them twice. I now have to go to small claims court to attempt to get my money back. It was a fine expeierence in the beginning , but there is a reason they are a small town shoppe and not a corporate business. I would rather my bridesmaids walk down the aisle in nothing than spend another dollar at sugar n spice.

This shop is amazing!!!. The staff is excellent and they have wonderful merchandise. Their alterations are wonderful, they saved my wedding dress that came in the wrong size from another shop. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and your wedding is perfect. The prices are the lowest I found anywhere when I was planning my wedding. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful this shop is!!

Dont judge this shop by location and the look of the outside of the building.. The people at Sugar and Spice are very friendly. They helped me pick out the perfect wedding dress, tiara, and veil.
