Love the Salon & Gidget. I was in the Salon today & saw your notice to let you know what I think of Madison Ave Style. I have been coming to the Salon for years. Gidget is the best and I have been a loyal client of hers. She makes her clients feel comfortable and offers to help them any way she can. I always look forward to our appts. Gidget is a great asset to the Salon and the people she serves.

Hair Salon & Spa. I've been going to Natalie for over 7 years now. Moved all the way to Hanover Indiana and I still drive to Indianapolis just to get my hair done by her, she is the best!

Top Notch Salon on Southside of Indy. I absolutely love this place. Quite and very calming and very easy to get to. My stylist Carolyn is the best - she is very honest with me on the colors. Especially since I have some gray coming in and colors act differently with the gray. The Management is very friendly and care about their clients - I don't understand the previous review? Sounds to me she wanted her services done for free and not a very happy person. Was she honest with what she wanted or did she just assume the new stylist new exactly what she wanted?

I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Poor color, no complaint's accepted only scoulded by manager. Rachel is gone, Heather is great , Bridget class act , BUT.... The new colorist put stripes in my hair (or dyed in roots to stripe contrast with highlights???) Took 4 hours looked very bad. No refund offered insisted on fixing. On the 5th hour second trip for 110.00 I was rewarded with orange, brown, blonde, white striped hair. Remained firm but calm in dissatisfaction. Sylisted ACTED like a victim (at 5 hours in the chair for BAD hair whose the victim?) Manager told me I was mean spirted and again refused a refund. I have been going for 10 plus years,,,, No I'm sorry, just a lot of being called HUN by a young person. I am not trying to slander I have pictures and laughing freinds to back me up. I would not have written this if had just been offered a refund instead of being made to go back and have the situation made worse, How about saying "I will help our new in experienced stylist fix this instead of beinfg defensive and causing more damage? I was only offered to abilty to TALK to the manager 6 hours laters

I work 3 jobs don't understand the concept of not fixing a problem promptly,,,,, Like a refund. Sorry it has come to this,

Have BPPV, Told they don't deal with that, Don't come back!. Avoid if you are not a perfect person. They have terrible reception when you come in, then when you tell them about your health concerns they say "Please DO NOT COME BACK!" Had dizzy attack 6 months ago, told not to bother coming there. They were uncomfortable with that! BPPV is simply dizziness caused by certain positions the head is moved. I could control if they worked with me. They were awful. Now I know what a person with real disablities goes through everyday. They made me feel like a piece of crap. I cryed because they have been my only stylist for years and my sons wedding is next month. So cold and unwilling to understand!

Best Salon on Southside of Indy. I was recommended by a friend to go here and get my hair cut and styled. I tried it out and loved it. Heather does my hair here and she's amazing! I also got my hair styled for my wedding and it was unbelievable how good she did it! They also do wonderful nails here! They did my whole package for my wedding and was only under $100! I recommend this place to all my friends! Everytime I leave after getting my hair done I feel so much better and sexier than ever!

Great place. After getting my hair butchered at about every cheap place in Indy I finally found Mad. Ave style. As a college student I can't afford a $90 hair cut but I want something stylish and someone who knows that they're doing. I get my hair cut there by Erin and and I've never had anyone who understood my hair better- I've got really thick, wavey, hard to manage hair and she was great! Everyone there is so friendly too. ALSO- I've had a massage there which was incredible and the eye-brow waxing is cheap and it's basically like getting a massage- you get to lay on the table, soft music, facial massage- the works! Highly recommended if you want to be treated like a person and not just "some kid who must not be able to tip well because they're young".
