Slow service, dry nuggets and forgetful staff.. I have been to this particular McDonald's several times now and I really can't say much good about it. Their chicken nuggets are both dry and greasy at the same time, telling me that not only do they need to change their oil and increase the temp on their fryers, but they also need to give their customers fresh food. The service there is particularly slow; it took them 10 minutes to get us two McFlurries when they weren't busy. Also, they tend to just 'forget' sandwiches that we have been charged for and then will not answer the phone when we call to complain. I was hoping that because this was a big city McDonalds I would get better service, but I am left wishing I was back in my small town, wishing for their crappy service because this McDonalds makes the one in my hometown feel like fine dining.
Burgers, sandwiches, Happy Meals and all things fried and grilled draw families and fans to the world-famous Golden Arches..
The intoxicating smell of golden fries cooked to crispy perfection and succulent burgers sizzling on the grill permeates the space, while a lively chatting and munching crowd maintains a laidback vibe at this famous fast food haunt. Hungry patrons of all ages and walks of life order classic favorites like the Big Mac, Chicken McNuggets, and the Filet-O-Fish sandwich. As for breakfast (it is the most important meal of the day, after all), this drive-thru king offers both sweet and savory morning meals like the Egg McMuffin and Hotcakes, as well as flavored iced coffees for a much needed java jolt.
Poor service. Poor attitude. Dirty.. I will admit that I am white and many, if not all of the employees are black. I felt very out of place here. But I was friendly and courteous. The girl who waited on me was sarcastic and very unfriendly. I heard her say something to another girl about waiting on fries for whitey over there. Talk about a bad attitude! When I got my food I told her the next time I ever hear something like that come out of her mouth I'll see her and her boss in court! She just looked at me like some poor little deer caught in the headlights! From there on, all the employees took turns coming out to the counter to see where I was sitting. If it had been dark outside I might have been in trouble when I left. You know, they complain about be mistreated by us, and sometimes rightfully so. But let us complain about being mistreated by them and it's no big deal!
