Editorial Review for P.F. Chang's China Bistro – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

My friend and I love PF Changs. It is the one "chain" restaurant we are always willing to eat at. The Asian Pear Mojito is amazing. And we love the Pin Rice Noodle Soup. It is the perfect combination of comfort with a spice. We also enjoy the Beef a la Sechuan (very spice) and the Sea Bass. Waitstaff is questionable, but the food is worth the weight. We eat there as often as possible.
Pros: I have never eaten anything bad there....
Cons: Lunch and dinner rushes could result in 20-30 min wait. Go before or after rush times.

We went to the downtown resturant. It was luv at first sight...becoz of the ambience.Inspite of the crowded bar the restutant was romantic on one hand and comfortable for a large group on the other. The hostess was really sweet and offered to help us with the menu becoz we are new to the city. We had soup which i liked, the main courses were served with healthy brown rice on the side,(they also have white rice),The seafood was great, but the chicken dish was on the sweeter side. We love somewhat hot & spicy food, so it was on the milder side for us. anyways it was a wonderful experience, mainly becoz we luved the atmostphere.
Pros: seafood, ambience
Cons: chicken dishes were on the sweeter side
