In Short
Opened in 1984, the RCA Dome can seat around 60,000 people. Given this lack of intimacy, you'll be grateful for the replay screens that dot the stadium. If you're a football purist, this may not be your favorite stadium. To begin with, it's indoors, and the surface is artificial turf instead of grass. Attached to the Indiana Convention Center, the Dome is also used for conventions, trade shows and other big ticket sports events.
