I would like a refund.- NO customer service. I would like a refund. Unfortunately there is no customer service, only a box office to take your money, not complaints. A staff member approached me while I was sitting with a friend and asked me to follow him. I got up and followed him not thinking anything was wrong. After we had gotten to a more quiet location I asked what was going on and where we were going. He said we were going to speak to his manager, I asked about what, and he insisted that I follow him and he only got paid $7.25 an hour and that I talk to his boss. Well, I never spoke to a manager or anyone that could tell me what had happened or what I had done wrong. Instead I was given two X's on my hands and told that I couldn't reenter or I would be charged with trespassing. At that point I was very confused, not necessarily distraught. I approached a police officer and had ask him if he could investigate why I had been removed and he insisted that he wasn't going to get involved. I would like to think this was a case of mistaken identity and would like my money back. If this was a case of discrimination because of my skin color I think they should seriously reconsider the people they have running this place. So bottom line up front- if you want a 20 year old to mistreat you for no reason and no one care about your customer rights, go right ahead.
Woman crashing Men's room.
Security doesn't take the problem serious. I am older and don't want to expose myself to young woman. Wouldn't a man go to jail for the same action?
I go to a lot of shows and this is a huge problem. It's happens more than once per show.
great place to see a show. one of my favorite venues to see an outside show at. theres always a good seen outside, the sound inside is great on the lawn and in the pavillion, the place is rather big so tickets are usualy not to hard at all. the back lot is usualy opened for camping during multiple night runs, plenty of hotels nearby, the security here is not terrible and that adds to the good experience. the lawn is not very steap at all so standing/dancing all night on it is pleasant. All in all prolly the best outdoor venue in the midwest.
They make it right!. Having been to several concerts at this venue I knew Chicago and Doobie Bros would be a great experience also. After a difference of opinion with a security officer I contacted the venue's customer service department. They gave me a form to fill out and mail in. I was contacted promptly and treated very professionally. I couldn't be more pleased. I was assured that my concerns will be addressed and I now feel as if I am a valued customer. I look forward to seeing many more concerts at this venue. Good Job and Thank You!
I've been to this venue three times, one though, I was too young to remember. (Oh those Spice Girl's days...) The first time I can remember was Rush's Snakes and Arrows tour in 2007. I don't remember waiting in line at all, so the wait time is insignificant. We had lawn tickets, and were able to see everything. We didn't miss a single part of the show. My second was the Hallowicked in 2007. We got there about an hour before gates opened, and did have quite a wait, but everybody was so excited about the show that it was one of my best experiences waiting in a line ever. I was actually kind of sad when I ordered VIP tickets this year because we wouldn't be waiting in line. We had pit tickets that year and let me say, it was just awesome. I don't remember having any problems with parking or anything. Now, we didn't buy any drinks or food, but if you just plan ahead and eat before the concert, you won't have to spend a bundle on food.
I would definitely recommend this venue to others, just think, you're going to have to wait on parking, in line, and pay an arm and a leg just about any place you go.
Get there early!!!.
I drove from Columbus, Ohio on Sunday 8/3/08 to see Radiohead. The show started at 7:30, so I left Columbus at 2:15PM & exited I-70 in Noblesville at about 5:00PM. After exiting I-70, I got lost on the country roads because Rt 238 was closed & the detour signs were nonexistent.
After asking a local for directions, I found the venue at about 5:30PM. There was no line to enter the parking lot and I got right in, no problem. I paid for PREMIER Parking & I can't say whether or not it was worth $25, but I have no regrets.
I walked up to the gates to get in line & it was packed because the gates didn't open until 6:00PM. When the gates finally opened, everyone had their bags searched & some people (including ladies) were patted down by male workers, with the backs of their hands. Every person was allowed to carry in 1 bottle of water, with caps removed & thrown away upon entering.
I had tickets for lawn seats, and the middle area filled up quickly. I decided to take a seat on left side of the stage in front of one of the screens. This was a good decision & I had a good view, especially because I packed binoculars.
At the end of the show, the crowd exited quickly. I jumped in my car, reversed out with no problem & no waiting. I don't know if the attendants allow PREMIER Parking to exit more quickly, but I was out on the road in less than 2 minutes... however, I had a tough time finding my way back to the interstate & had to stop at the gas station to ask for directions.
All in all, my advice is to leave extra early and you'll have no problem getting to the show on time. All the seats seem to have good views. The venue was actually a lot smaller than I imagined it would be. Radiohead was absolutely spectacular & their concert will go down as one of the highlights of my life.
Horrible experience at Verizon Wireless Music Center. We purchased tickets to see Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts at Verizon Wireless Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana. My daughter is a HUGE Taylor Swift fan, and talked of nothing else for weeks. The concert was to begin at 8:00, and by 6:45 we were 3 miles from the concert. Plenty of time, right? Wrong. We sat in traffic until 9:00 to move a mere 3 miles, burning $4.00 a gallon gas, and completely missed Taylor Swift's performance. According to their website, Verizon's capacity is about 24,000 people, but yet I was told 45,000 tickets were sold. The concert was obviously WAY oversold, the staff was rude, we couldn't even find a 1 foot square of grass to stand on once we got there, they were completely sold out of their extremely overpriced water, and my daughter was heartbroken. By far my worst concert experience ever.
Great Place! Great Performances! Great Stuff!.
I went to this place and it is great! No matter who the performer or what the performer, it is sure to be good. There is a big lawn for seats out there and the seats in the "lets just so say pavilion center" are good too. There are a couple of things I have to say though. One: when there is construction going on, it is a bad place to be because of the LONG waiting lines. Two: The seats under the top roof should be of more quality. Now that I think about it, they don't really need to be because most people stand up during the performance. Lastly is Three: there should be more signs to guide people. You will not get lost, but signs will be helpful. Keep in mind there are many workers to help out.
So overall, I give the Verizon Wireless Music Center a 5 star rating. If you are going here, you are sure to enjoy it from my epinion.
It will always be Deer Creek. Deer Creek is one of the best venues around... yea the parking sux sometime and things are pricy but thats part of the experience.... if you dont like dont go and dont complain.... i will always remember deer creek as the best concerts ive been to.
Avoid this venue at all costs!!. This venue is absolutely the worst I have ever been to! I spent a total of almost 4 hours getting in and out of the place which caused me to miss the first set of the show...the parking is horrible (if it rains lets hope you don't get stuck in the mud)..bathrooms are disgusting..everything is overpriced...just see whoever it is you want to see in a different city at a different venue.
