I would like a refund.- NO customer service. I would like a refund. Unfortunately there is no customer service, only a box office to take your money, not complaints. A staff member approached me while I was sitting with a friend and asked me to follow him. I got up and followed him not thinking anything was wrong. After we had gotten to a more quiet location I asked what was going on and where we were going. He said we were going to speak to his manager, I asked about what, and he insisted that I follow him and he only got paid $7.25 an hour and that I talk to his boss. Well, I never spoke to a manager or anyone that could tell me what had happened or what I had done wrong. Instead I was given two X's on my hands and told that I couldn't reenter or I would be charged with trespassing. At that point I was very confused, not necessarily distraught. I approached a police officer and had ask him if he could investigate why I had been removed and he insisted that he wasn't going to get involved. I would like to think this was a case of mistaken identity and would like my money back. If this was a case of discrimination because of my skin color I think they should seriously reconsider the people they have running this place. So bottom line up front- if you want a 20 year old to mistreat you for no reason and no one care about your customer rights, go right ahead.

Woman crashing Men's room. Security doesn't take the problem serious. I am older and don't want to expose myself to young woman. Wouldn't a man go to jail for the same action? I go to a lot of shows and this is a huge problem. It's happens more than once per show.

great place to see a show. one of my favorite venues to see an outside show at. theres always a good seen outside, the sound inside is great on the lawn and in the pavillion, the place is rather big so tickets are usualy not to hard at all. the back lot is usualy opened for camping during multiple night runs, plenty of hotels nearby, the security here is not terrible and that adds to the good experience. the lawn is not very steap at all so standing/dancing all night on it is pleasant. All in all prolly the best outdoor venue in the midwest.

They make it right!. Having been to several concerts at this venue I knew Chicago and Doobie Bros would be a great experience also. After a difference of opinion with a security officer I contacted the venue's customer service department. They gave me a form to fill out and mail in. I was contacted promptly and treated very professionally. I couldn't be more pleased. I was assured that my concerns will be addressed and I now feel as if I am a valued customer. I look forward to seeing many more concerts at this venue. Good Job and Thank You!

Great Experiences. I've been to this venue three times, one though, I was too young to remember. (Oh those Spice Girl's days...) The first time I can remember was Rush's Snakes and Arrows tour in 2007. I don't remember waiting in line at all, so the wait time is insignificant. We had lawn tickets, and were able to see everything. We didn't miss a single part of the show. My second was the Hallowicked in 2007. We got there about an hour before gates opened, and did have quite a wait, but everybody was so excited about the show that it was one of my best experiences waiting in a line ever. I was actually kind of sad when I ordered VIP tickets this year because we wouldn't be waiting in line. We had pit tickets that year and let me say, it was just awesome. I don't remember having any problems with parking or anything. Now, we didn't buy any drinks or food, but if you just plan ahead and eat before the concert, you won't have to spend a bundle on food.

I would definitely recommend this venue to others, just think, you're going to have to wait on parking, in line, and pay an arm and a leg just about any place you go.
